We are able to confirm your booking on receipt of a signed copy of the following details.

Where it is necessary to cancel a confirmed booking within 30 days of the commencement date, we reserve the right to retain the deposit in full (or charge this to the credit card being held against your reservation).

Where it is necessary to cancel a confirmed booking with 7 days of the commencement date, we reserve the right to seek payment of the confirmed accommodation in full (or charge this to the credit card being held against your reservation)

Room and meal requirements, plus final attendee numbers confirmed 5 days before your group arrival will be the minimum number charged for. Should you cancel your confirmed meals with us, and increase will be reflected on your quoted accommodation and or conference room hire.

Your Company/Group will be responsible for all costs associated with food, beverage, rooms and other services incurred by delegates and partners during the course of the event. Delegates can be instructed to settle their incidentals on departure - please note any outstanding balance will be charged to the main account.

Your conference/function group agrees to conduct the event in an orderly manner and in compliance with lodge regulations.

Your Company/Group is financially responsible for loss or damage to lodge property caused by people attending the event and will settle all claims resulting from any such loss/damage.

Payment of the final account is to be made upon departure or within 7 days from invoice date. Penalty interest of 2% per month will be charged on any late payment.
